Vitaskin skincare oil

Skin oils have become a hot trend, so what are your options now?

Many of us seem to be insecure about stretch marks, dry skin or scars. That could explain why Bio Oil is one of the most popular beauty products for New Zealand women today. And its popularity attests to the benefits skin oils can have. If you want to start using skin oil there’s quite a bit of choice, with a few newcomers on the beauty scene promising to banish those pesky stretch marks, scars and rough skin.

First up is Natralia Nourish Skin Oil. This is the product I’ve been using and have found it really good. It comes in a handy spray-on applicator, which is good because the product feels quite slick when first applied to your skin. But once it’s absorbed it’s great. It targets scars, stretch marks, uneven skin tone, dehydration and ageing. I also like that it contains herbal extracts and essential oils.

There’s also new DermaOil which targets the same skin problems. This has a non-greasy formula, smells surprisingly good – and gives you fantastic value for money.

Finally, new vitaskin skincare oil targets all your skin woes, has a lovely lavender fragrance and has a non-greasy, fast absorbing formula.

I’d never really gotten into the oil skincare trend before, but have found using one surprisingly useful.

Do you use a skin oil? If not will you be trying one?
