Sothys facial

We discover the best way to prep your skin for winter

Winter can wreak all sorts of havoc on your skin. A dry, scaly or wind-burnt face is not pretty. But Sothy’s seasonal facial for Autumn/Winter is the ideal way to prep and revive your tired skin.

A decadent facial at Exhibit Beauty Therapy in Epsom is the perfect winter treat.

It’s only offered twice a year, and each season has a unique ingredient theme.

For Autumn/Winter this year the facial ingredients are a combination of tangerine and ginger. It’s a revitalising cocktail which gives your skin all the essential elements for winter, and treats any leftover summer stress.

I was in facial-heaven for 45 minutes – snug under the blankets while my skin was cocooned in gorgeous Sothy’s products. I think I actually drifted off for a bit too. It wasn’t just my face that got the treatment – I also received a hand, shoulder and head massage. Bliss.

And I got the rest of the crystallised tangerine & ginger marmalade treatment to use under my moisturiser for the next ten days. My skin feels so soft now and ready to face the rest of winter.

What are you doing to keep your skin happy in winter?
